See doctor ASAP: It would be helpful to know more. If the bumps arec exactly where you shaved and nowhere else, and started within a day or two, it's probably a superficial infection related to shaving. If they started 2-5 days after sex, and if the sex included contact with your anal area, herpes may be quite likely. Best to be examined ASAP; if herpes, diagnostic tests are most accurate within 1-2 d of onset.
