Penile papules?: Anything present for years, without change, probably is normal. For sure no STD does this; it's not something you can transmit to your wife. Maybe pearly penile papules? Fordyce spots (normal sebaceous glands)? (Google them for photos.) If you remain concerned, show them to your doctor next time you have a routine appointment. Ih the meantime, no cause for worry.
