i think they are pearly penile papule. they don't hurt or nothing. but is there some kind of ointment for them?

Treatment: Pearly penile papules are benign. Unfortunately no effective topical cream/ointment treatment. There has been some success with laser treatment but is considered cosmetic and not covered by most insurances.
