Sure, no problem: Why suspect "subclinical" HPV. Pap smear with positive HPV test result? Whatever. if you have HPV, probably you've had it a long time, months or years. Therefore, your partner undoubtedly has already been repeatedly exposed. If susceptible, he is already infected (but probably will never have symptoms). Or maybe the source of your HPV. Either way, no point in stopping sex now, no condoms needed.
