A member asked:

Is it possible to be pregnant if the penis did not enter and if the liquid that comes out of a penis before the cum enters does that make me pregnant?

No: If he did not insert his penis inside you the sperm can't get to your eggs- game over. If he did insert his penis but didn't cum you can still get pregnant because pre-cum can contain sperm.

Possible: Sperm are present in the pre-ejaculate. So, yes, you are at risk.
