Cancer in groin: Squamous cell carcinoma in the inguinal lymph nodes may have primary tumor in the genital or anorectal areas including skin. A thorough exam and work-up are essential and warranted including examination of the vulva, vagina, and cervix or penis as well as anorectal areas. Biopsy any suspicious lesion for diagnosis.
