I have been getting pain in my left side of the tummy mostly at night. i feeling bloated. the pain mostly starts when i have a bowel movement.

Pain abdomen : Pain abdomen when passing stools could be due to simple things like constipation, but at the same time it can be due to some sinister causes too . Please consult a doctor.

Bowels?: Constipation or irritable bowel may be the problem, however other more significant problems such as colitis, urinary tract infection/problem or pelvis/ovary problems may need to be considered. Please see doctor as will likely need examination and may need tests such as urine bloods and maybe scans.
