Constipation: If this is a marked deviation from your usual bowel pattern, you should be evaluated by your physician or a gastroenterologist. I doubt a mechanical obstruction because of lack of pain, cramps, distension. It may simply be a chronically sluggish bowel pattern aggravated by lack of adequate fluid and fiber intake. You may be advised to take bowel conditioners like senokotS. Avoid laxatives.
