Clamydia test: I read you shouldn't urinate less than 2 hrs before a chlamydia urine test. And get the first drops of urine when you pee. How come?? ANS: you clean/flush out your urethera with urine (almost always sterile) when you pee and thus may miss what is lurking there. It needs time to reproduce enough that the test will pick it up. But ask lab also.
