Hydrogen peroxide : When i ask my patients to use hydrogen peroxide in their ears, it is to help break down and (hopefully) clear accumulated earwax. I only use this when I am certain the eardrum is intact. That said, the ear that feels full may have a lot more earwax and most of the peroxide just got absorbed by wax. To be certain nothing more is happening, please go in to an ENT so they can have a look.

Peroxide in ear: More than likely it did drain out, but left him with the sensation that it didn't. Be patient and give it some time, it can't go into his head or brain.
