NO!: That is a ridiculous amount of Advil for a ridiculously old person. You are going to end up with an ulcer. Advil (or any NSAID) should not be used to top up diclofenac.

No: Top dose of ibuprofen can be 3200 mg a day. Your information says you're 125 years old. I suspect you're 25 and a younger age group it's less of a risk. You can discuss with your physician
