Hi i had a boil on my bottom i popped it and it scabbed for a bit, but then that ripped off and now it is a bit of a hole weeping blood and puss, ?

? fistula: This may be an anorectal fistula, which is a small tract which runs from the distal rectum to the outer skin . I could be wrong, but i suggest you seek an opinion from a colorectal surgeon, who can help . Good luck.
