Congratulations: on your recovery process. Alcohol/drug withdrawing needs to be supervised by your doctor for your safety. At some point he/she will encourage you to continue on your own and return if needed. Malnutrition is a risk factor. Lab testing for nutrient levels is best. Otherwise, include protein, good fats, and carbs in each meal. Don't listen to the low fat and no eggs hype. It is not good science
