Seek evaluation: Hello and thank you for your excellent question. While moles evolve over time, if this one is asymmetric, the border is irregular, the color is not uniform, if the diameter is > 6 mm (the size of a pencil eraser), or it is evolving or changing over time, you should be evaluated by a medical professional.
