See a doctor : In someone your uncle's age it may be many things from a neurological to gastrointestinal to infectious or possibly cardiovascular issue. It is better that he gets checked by his doctor. It is unclear if this happened once or repeatedly in your uncle but a doctor would be able to review his medical history, current medications and examine him and narrow down the possible diagnoses.
