Certainly: The old adage is you are exposed to any sexually transmitted disease any of these partners were ever exposed to.Since many women never have any outward symptoms of Chlamydia, HPV and other STD's, they can say they are clean when they are not.Condoms can help prevent pregnancy, but are not a guarantee you were not exposed, since they don't always stop them.Get tested !!!

Yes and no: Each of these exposures was low risk: condoms work and oral sex is low risk for all STDs and virtually zero for some. Whether or not you ejaculated makes no difference. OTOH, anyone with this sexual lifestyle is considered relatively high risk for STDs. Among other things, condoms can fail and are not 100% protective. You should be tested for common STDs from time to time, e.g. once a year.
