Safe : There is no danger and having sex while being treated for a bladder infection. It may not be very comfortable for you though

Well: Yes it is safe, as in it shouldn't worsen the urinary tract infection or spread it. However, it may be uncomfortable as the bladder sits right in top/in front of your vagina and when there is infection/inflammation in the bladder the anterior vaginal wall can be tender. Totally YMMV situation.
