Why do i get dizzy spells on blood pressure meds?

Many reasons: Blood pressure can cause dizziness when it it too high or when it is too low. BP pills lower it and you may have taken too strong of a dose. You may not tolerate the actual medicine or it's side effects. Worth discussing with your doctor
