Full workup: Neuro diagnoses will feature focal / localizing findings, or seizures / headache /personality change. Address any life issues with a competent counselor and get a fell medical workup that will not miss thyroid disease, porphyria, neurosyphilis, HIV encephalopathy, lupus etc etc
