Hey i've had stomach issues really bad the past couple years & sometimes when i eat certain foods i get really bad pain & i throw up.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Abdo pain and emesis: There are several possible causes of stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting that occur after eating. These may include intolerance to certain types of food that cause heartburn (e.g. spicy foods or alcohol), and dairy products that can cause bloating and discomfort. Fatty foods can trigger abdominal pain and vomiting from gallstones, gallbladder dysfunction, or possibly inflammation of the pancreas.
