A typical Down Syn: In downs syndrome is caused by trisomy of 21 ( instead of 2 will have 3 chromosomes ) in 21q21.1 is called atypical downs syndrome , has partial trisomy and symptoms are not that prominent as in downs syndrome , please speak to your doctor.
