For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Depends: A girl (woman) who is releasing eggs (after puberty) can become pregnant. All that needs to happen is sperm entering the pathway to the egg. That means any sperm that is on a finger or penis or whatever, that enters the female genitals can result in pregnancy. It would be unlikely for such an exposure to result in pregnancy, but it is possible.
