Not uncommon: This is very common as the baby shifts and the weight increases. Also, there could be more pressure in selected "back pain causing areas" due to the position of the baby. Remember, the baby is growing and the space is getting much more filled-in. Call your GYN MD for any additional info/advice. (Wish I had a fix-it -- I could help a lot of women.) Good Luck.
