I have pain in my shoulder since a period not a little?

Possible ectopic?: Hello. Is there any chance that you are pregnant. Sometimes a pregnancy in your fallopian tubes (an ectopic pregnancy) can cause you to bleed like a period and cause pain in your shoulder. If this is a possibility you probably should get to an emergency room. How long has the pain been there for? Has your period finished? Have your injured your shoulder?

Shoulder tip pain: Could be due to many causes but most important thing to rule out would be something worrying like an ectopic pregnancy or ruptured ovarian cyst. These can irritate the nerves close to the diaphragm which in turn causes shoulder pain. Please see your doctor immediately for further evaluation

Pneumothorax: or something going on under the diaphragm. Either way you need to be seen for an x-ray. Good luck!
