Breast fed: babies are rarely constipated so assuming she is on formula. Offer extra water and ask your pediatrician about changing formulas or adding a bit of fruit or prune juice. You can try massaging her belly especially in a warm bath where she is most likely to be relaxed. If she cannot pass the stool or appears to be in pain or if there is any blood she needs to be examined. Good luck!
