Testicular pain: Pain in both testicles is unusual and may be due to congestion or be referred from prostate issues. It's best to have a urologist evaluate, advise and treat you. I don't feel that stress plays a role in this symptom.

Cyst...: If the pain was mild then possibly a small cyst in the testes which isn't serious. If the pain was severe then intermittent torsion is possible. If you have no burning when you urinate and no other symptoms then I would watch it. Doubt it's from stress, if worse talk to one of us.

Pain: Testicular pain is commonly from an infection. However, can come from trauma or most concerning from torsion. I would suggest you get checked.
