Potentially there: are a number of causes. Most concerning would be torsion. Potentially you could have an inguinal hernia that is sliding down while exercising. You might be causing trauma to the testicle from banging against your thigh during play. Ultimately it will be impossible to diagnose you over the internet. Make an appointment for an examination by a health care professional.

Possible torsion: Dr. Friedlander gave you excellent advice. I would add to see your doctor ASAP. If the cord to your testicle is twisted you can have a major problem. Catch it soon w/proper diagnosis for safety. Peace and good health.
