Nursing?: If you're nursing more on that side, it may be a reason why one areola is considerably larger than the there. Without that reason, its not unusual for one areola to be a little larger than the other. See your doctor if you are concerned or see any other changes in your breast.

Normally different: Although most parts of our body have left and right counterparts, their size may vary. ie. Ears may be slightly higher on one side than the other. It is normal to have areolas different in size. It is a normal variant if this is not a new change.
