Anal pain : There are variety of causes. Most likely proctitis. Also ulcerative colitis/ Crohn's disease is a possibility. Please have gastroenterologist or proctologist see you and have scope done to look and biopsy the tissue for accurate diagnosis.

Anal pain: Hard to say. Have you had pain before? Are you straining at stool or have you had constipation? Any change in diet or physical or intimate activity? If it doesn't resolve, best to have an exam by your physician.
