ECG findings: "Sinus bradycardia" means the HR is slower than expected but otherwise normal by ECG findings. "PRWP" stands for "poor R wave progression" - it's an ECG finding that is relatively non-specific but requires interpretation with respect to your cardiac risk factors otherwise. If you are at elevated cardiac risk, then further testing would be recommended, such as stress testing or angiogram.
