Might be parasites: could be parasitic infections, like giardia or worms (tapeworm). Could be also clumps of fungi in situation of poor immune status and the white specks may be dead candida. It can be also steatorrhea, but the stools are foul smelling and oily. It might be lactose intolerance and the white stuff may represent undigested dairy products. Consult your physician immediately. Don’t wait.
