Diificult: I do not think the rash on your back is related to the discharge, but the heavy discharge sounds like infection. Treatment depends on what it looks like--see a doctor.

Not a clue: This vague group of symptoms point to no specific diagnosis. A proper history, symptom review, physical exam and tests if needed will be needed to sort this out.Some of the items may be related but some not. The patient should write down any history of the events,duration and prior attempts at treatment and bring them to the doctor visit.
