Very unlikely: HIV risk depends more on whether your partner might be infected than it does on anal vs vaginal sex, or how many times you have had sex. In the US, if your partner isn't gay, an injection drug user, or a former prison inmate, and also not an immigrant from parts of the world where HIV is especially common, there is almost no chance he has it.
