Pregnancy ?: If you were taking clomid or ovulation enhancing medications, you may be pregnant . Nausea related to pregnancy can occur early if two eggs are fertilized (twins ). You should see your provider and get an HCG test for pregnancy, but it may be negative, and only due to common gastroenteritis I( "stomach flu"). Don't take any medications without making certain that the pregnancy test is negative
