Comedone?: If you are talking about a comedone, which is a small darker pimple, with no signs of inflammation as redness, I would suggest over the counter benzoyl peroxide 5% cream every day.

Keep your hair well: Shampooed & off your face. Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day & use oil free products. No heavy foundations. Exfoliate occasionally. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider otc products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). If > mild acne see dermatology.

FOREHEAD PIMPLES: Forehead pimples, acne, can be due to many things. Greasy hair; caps and hats, not shampooing enough, gels and waxes. What to do? Shampoo often, once a day if possible. Over-the-counter benzoyl products applied at bedtime can help. Or, better: see a dermatologist.

Wishful thinking: To paraphrase, anyone who tells you they can rid you of acne overnight is selling something. Acne is a problem of months and years. There is no quick fix. There are good treatments to be had at every drugstore starting with benzoyl peroxide creams and mild cleansers. For a single pimple, try a hot shower and then a warm wet compress, if ready to drain, can help. Don't scratch or pick.

if you have a big bumpy pimples, they are best injected with cortisone. This does not get into your bloodstream. I would see a dermatologist soon since these do scar.

Scientific Rx: If it is confined to your face, chances are that either benzoyl peroxide over the counter will be sufficient, or adding topical Clindamycin from your physician will do the trick.
