What should you do if you took dayquil and nyquil at the same time? i didnt have enough nightquil so i took 10ml of nightquil and 20 ml of dayquil.

Do nothing: but try not to mix them again, first of: nyquil or dayquil have different formulations, so which ones you took? each formulation is a combination of different ingredients, so still we don't know how much of each you received? at any rate you took only 30 ml, which is the recommended volume for either, please read the labels carefully to see if any OTC drug suits you, wish you all the best
