Bacterial vaginosis?: Strong vaginal odor, often increased after sex, usually is due to bacterial vaginosis -- overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. The odor is often described as fishy, but odor is very subjective -- one person's "fishy" can be another's "garlic". The STD trichomonas and other infections also can do this. See your doctor for diagnosis, including STD testing, and prescription treatment. Good luck!

Plan: It should not be like this. If happened recently you need to be evaluated by OB/GYN. Make appointment, please.
