Yes: When she's ready to get pregnant, if still irregular, see your doctor to see if there is a reason and how to correct it. Not ovulating, etc?

Talk to your doctor.: There is not one reason for having irregular cycles. The best thing is to talk to her doctor about her medical health and periods. Her doctor will be able to do an exam and do the appropriate workup to help determine the cause.
