Plantar fasciitis : Likely you have plantar fasciitis. There are a variety of treatments. However best to be examined by your doctor as there are many other things in the feet that can cause pain. Plus you may need X-rays and/or other scans to sort it out.

Foot pain: It looks like there was a Part 1 to this question. It also appears that you need to see a foot doctor or your family doctor. There are a number of possibilities but I'm sure someone will do his/her very best to help. Peace and good health.
