Nose/knuckle: If it feels like your knuckle it's hard. If it feels like the tip of your nose it's soft.

Small, hard bump, somewhat moveable, under jaw near where tonsils are. Not painful and cant be seen / not swollen. Only feel it on left side when I press under and along inner side of jawbone. Lymph node? Calcified? Scarred? Have tonsil stones, too?
