No: Chlamydia is often asymptomatic in men, but they can pass it to their sex partners at any time. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Yes and no: Men can have few if any symptoms with chlamydia. If you suspect you may have it get tested and treated since it can cause permanent sterility in women and dangerous pelvic inflammatory disease. If you use condoms you may or may not pass it at a specific encounter, but you likely will at some point.
