Very unlikely: The most likely explanation is that you've been drinking less fluids, which is common when people don't feel well. Or maybe you're (subconsciously?) drinking less water because of pain when you urinate. Drink more. Far less likely is something serious like kidney failure due to advanced infection, but not if you're generally feeling well. But check with your doctor if any doubt.
