Regular monitoring: Serum androstenedione, testosterone, and 17-hydroxyprogesterone should be measured quite regularly and any increase needed in your hydrocortisone should be taken right away. Symptoms can be quite tough to pick up on in pregnancy because you will already have many new symptoms and signs which are unique to being pregnant which is why we monitor through regular serum testing.
