Size varies. I would google it and look at images and see what you can feel. It can be subtle to the uninitiated.

Most : people trying to feel salivary glands will wind up feeling lymph nodes which are generally more prominent. Why do you want to feel the gland in the first place? If you suspect a problem, see an Oral Maxillofacial surgeon and find out for sure.
