I was on the combination pill, had my placebo week and did not take anymore pills until i had the depo shot administered one week after my placebo week. i used back up for about one month. however, when will it become 100% effective?

100% now!: Depo Provera is effective immediately if given within 5 days of the start of your period. If not given during one of those 5 days, it is effective a week after it is given. You are well past that point. It is 100% effective now. Best wishes!
