Are there any effective drugs for osteolytic bone cancer?

Yes: We can actually do several things. The primary cancer may be treatable. There are meds that inhibit osteoclasts which are the cells that actually lyse the bone. It's not nearly so difficult to treat as it was a few decades ago.
