Vulvodynia: Vulvar pain - vulvodynia - could certainly be related to pelvic floor dysfunction such as puborectalis dyssynergia. These can be treated with physical therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation and certain medications. See an Obgyn to fully evaluate the problem and to help create a treatment plan.
