Wet spot: A wet spot after sex could be semen, vaginal secretions or sweat. In pregnancy sometimes women leak small amounts of urine during sex as well. Some women have more vaginal discharge during pregnancy as well. You did not mention how far along in pregnancy she is. If you feel she may have broken her water then she can be evaluated by her doctor.
