BP's vary: Blood pressure measurements often vary based upon activity levels and stress. The 90 diastolic measurement is of greater concern then the 120 systolic number. Either go to a drug store calibrated blood pressure machine or acquire a home monitor and keep a BP record log, taking the pressures twice daily. If the BP remains 120/90+ see your MD for assessment.

Normal BP: Everybody's blood pressure fluctuates normally. A single slightly high value is meaningless. If your BP is measured say 20 or more times, and if the average is below 130 systolic (the first number) and 80 diastolic, then no worries at all.
