Could be infection?: That area of your anatomy can devlop infection of skin glands which requires quick medical attention. You need to either go to your PCP or go see a gynecologist so that they can check you and, if needed give you antibiotics. Delays in seeking medical treatment can cause rupture of the infected area( possible abscess) and lead to further complications.
